Bullet Pencils

Bullet pencils began as trench art a little bit before World War 1 and evolved into the advertising medium most of us are familiar with (for a full history check this out). I have always had a fascination with them but they all seem to have a dried up eraser, dirty barrel and crappy pencil shoved into the cap. I set out to remedy that problem with a brand new eraser, some cleaning up and a Palomino Blackwing 602 pencil stub.  Each pencil retains its aged patina and faded advert, keeping its original character.
